TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL

You are hereby invited to attend the next meeting of Gosberton Parish Council due to be held at The Marjorum Hall, Siltside, Gosberton Risegate, on Monday 25th April 2022 scheduled to start at 7.30pm.

The public forum is immediately prior to the start of the meeting, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council concerning matters to be discussed on this agenda.  Time for this session is limited to 15 minutes

  1. Introduction to our new Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer, Mrs Fran Newton.

  1. To receive declarations of Interest and consideration of any requests for dispensations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

 

  1. To approve and authorise minutes of the meeting held on Monday 7th March 2022 and the Extra Ordinary meeting held on Monday 28th March 2022.

 

  1. Chairman’s remarks and correspondence.

 

  1. To consider requests for donations towards a) the refurbishment of the clockface of Gosberton Parish Church, and b) Gosberton Church Flower Festival.

 

  1. To consider purchasing a bench for Gosberton Risegate War Memorial.

 

  1. To discuss issue in Whitehall with SHDC’s contract for Highway Verge Grass Cutting.

 

  1. Suggestions for naming 3 roads on the new housing development off High Street/Boston Road. 

 

  1. Gosberton Risegate Playing Field Update.
