TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
You are hereby requested to attend an Extraordinary meeting of Gosberton Parish Council due to be held at The Public Hall, Gosberton on Thursday 24th February 2022 scheduled to start at 7pm to discuss playground improvements for Gosberton playing field and consider quotes received. This meeting will be held in closed session.
The public forum is immediately prior to the start of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council concerning matters to be discussed on this agenda. Time for this session is limited to 15 minutes.

AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
2. To receive declarations of Interests and consideration of any requests for dispensations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
Exclusion of Public and Press, to exclude the press and public during consideration of the item set out in Agenda item number 3 on the grounds that it might involve the disclosure of exempt information as set out in paragraph 1 of part 1 of schedule 12a to the Local Government Act, 1972.
3. To consider quotes received for playground improvements.
4. Next meeting due to be held Monday 7th March 2022 at 7pm at Gosberton Public Hall.
