You are hereby requested to attend the meeting of Gosberton Parish Council due to be held at The Public Hall, Gosberton on Monday 7th March 2022 scheduled to start at 7pm. This meeting will be held in accordance with Government Guidelines and everyone is encouraged to take a lateral flow test before attending and asked not to attend if you have any symptoms related to Covid.
 
 The public forum is immediately prior to the start of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council concerning matters to be discussed on this agenda.  Time for this session is limited to 15 minutes.

1. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
 
2. To receive declarations of Interests and consideration of any requests for dispensations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
 
3. To approve and authorise the minutes of meeting held on Monday 24th January 2022 – copy circulated.
 
4. Clerk resignation from 28th February, 4 weeks’ notice to be served with outstanding annual leave, final day of paid work being 28th March 2022.  Recruitment process to be discussed.
 
5. Chairman’s remarks and clerk’s report to include correspondence – copy of clerk’s report circulated.  Copies of correspondence can be obtained by contacting the clerk.
 
6. Gosberton and Gosberton Risegate playground improvement update/contract awarded and any other actions from the playground inspection reports from 4th January 2022.   
 
7. Jubilee celebrations weekend update including bid to be submitted to the Lottery Awards for All to help with the cost.  Full plan of weekend required including all costs needed to submit bid.
 
8. Gosberton Flower & Craft Festival 2022(Gosberton PCC) – consideration to being named sponsor for this event as per request from St Peter & St Paul Church.
 
9. To discuss Highway Verge Grass Cutting quote 2022 from SHDC to include Whitehall.
 
10. Windmill Lane allotment update.  Plan urgently needed to be submitted to Planning Department.
 
11. Mr Harrison has terminated his tenancy for wasteland at Gubboles Drove – to advertise land.
 
12. Community Speed Watch update – Cllr Sanders-Baker has indicated she would like to become involved.  
 
13. Matters for urgent discussion in the parish not included elsewhere on the agenda.  Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
