601. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons give in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 s85(1): received from Dist. Cllr Geaney

I. Internal controls -Resolved to adopt Internal controls with an amendment “Council to meet a minimum of 9 times a year”
 
607. To consider tree safety report: Clerk to request quotes for recommended work 
 
608. To discuss National grid- Weston to East Leicestershire consultation: Clerk to contact Pinchbeck and Surfleet Parish Councils to enquire what actions they are taking
 
609. To receive update on Cemetery: Cllr Clark met recently with Longstaff’s, no change in the situation. Clerk to contact HJM ref recent damage to headstone. Cllr Ascough is contacting the Fletcher family ref repairing their memorial bench
 
610. To consider repair/replacement of bench at the bottom of Churchfleet lane: Clerk to request Village maintenance inspects the damage with a view to repairing
 
611. To agree appointment of Cllr Waudby to the RMT committee: Resolved to appoint Cllr Waudby to Trustees
 
612. To discuss Gleeson homes- sales office opening and ribbon cutting: Clerk to contact Gleeson, no one available 
 
613. To discuss arrangements for Remembrance day: Resolved to hold service on 9th November, 11 am at Gosberton and 12noon at Risegate. On 11th November 11 am at Gosberton. To gather at 10.45. clerk to order 3 wreaths, Cllr Clark and Waudby to contact schools ref children to read names of the fallen
 
614. To discuss arrangements for Xmas decorations in the villages: Cllr Ascough is organising a tree for the Risegate/Clough. Clerk to contact Dist. Cllr King to enquire about electricity for lights in Gosberton village, possible on the triangle opposite the Public Hall
