Minutes of an Extra Ordinary Meeting of Gosberton Parish Council
held on Thursday 24th February 2022 at Gosberton Public Hall
Present: Councillors: J Clark (Chair), N Oakman, S Thorley, S Wray, PWaudby.
Also in Attendance: F Newton (Secretary to the trustees of Gosberton Relief-in-Need charity) taking the Minutes.
Open Forum: No one in attendance.
The meeting commenced at 7.10pm.
The Chairman informed Councillors that the Council are in receipt of an emailed letter of resignation from Mrs Tweddell, Parish Clerk and RFO, and the letter was read out to those present and contents noted. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent in due course.

None received.
To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business of Agenda item 3
