1. Elect Chairman- Tim Smith was elected chair of the Staffing Committee
Terms of reference for staffing committee are to be requested from the Clerk Action NO
2. Review Cemetery, Playing Areas ( Gosberton and Risegate) War Memorials ( Gosberton and Risegate) and Letter Picking maintenance contract(s)
It was determined that individual scopes of work will be drawn up for the Cemetery and Play Areas with the intention of putting these out for tender on the 31st August 2023 with the
new contracts being awarded beginning of October 2023 onwards Action TS
3. Set timetable for retendering Cemetery, play area and war memorials
The new contract(s) will be for self employed appointments. Current contractor(s) will be encouraged to reapply. Council to approve 21st August 2023
Letter for Clerk to current contractor explaining Councils decision, on approval, will address issues of pay review and equipment for self employed status
If maintenance contracts for self employed then they will no longer be a staffing issue? Raise with PV on 21st August 2023
4. Set timetable for Clerk's performance and salary review
Clerks performance and salary review on or around 1st March 2024
