2026 Annual Parish meeting minutes
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting
held on Monday 13th April 2026 @7.30pm
1. Introduction by Chair- The Chair Cllr Clark opened the meeting.
2. Minutes of the last Annual Parish meeting held on 14th April 2025 and matters arising from the Minutes- The minutes had been circulated, it was Resolved to approve the minutes and there were no matters arising.
3. To receive the Chairman’s report on Parish Council activities for the Year 2025-2026 The Chairman presented the report. It was Resolved to accept.
4. Circulation of financial statements of any charities in the Parish- The Clerk reported that these were not available and to confirm when they are.
5. Lettings of Wastelands- Letting of wastelands to continue at current rates
6. To consider any points which any parishioner may wish to raise- nothing raised.
