WISH TO ADVERTISE

6 VACANT (1 ACRE) ALLOTMENTS SITUATED ON

BARCHARDS, GOSBERTON CLOUGH

AVAILAIBLE FROM 1ST APRIL 2025 (SOONER IF REQUIRED)

These will be let either as a whole or as separate allotments, and tenanted under Modern Farm Tenancy Agreements.

No Sub-letting will be permitted

Applicants should apply in writing stating:

• The amount you wish to tender
• How many of the 1 acre allotments you are applying for
• Any other factors that you wish the Parish Council to take into consideration when reaching their decision

Please note that these allotments will not necessarily be let on the amount tendered alone, and that other criteria will be considered.

They will be opened at the Parish Council Meeting on 9th December 2024 and all applicants will be notified of the outcome following this meeting.
