Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting
held on Monday 20th May 2024 @7.30pm
4 MOP present
1. Introduction by Chair- The Chair Cllr Oakman introduced the Council to members of the Public present
2. Minutes of the last Annual Parish meeting held on 24th April 2024 and matters arising from the Minutes- The Chair read out the minutes, it was Resolved to accept the minutes. There were no matters arising
3. To receive the Chairman’s report on Parish Council activities for the Year 2023-2024- The Chairman presented the report. It was Resolved to accept. Nominated by Cllr Clark and seconded by Cllr Smith
4. Circulation of financial statements of any charities in the Parish- The Clerk reported that these were not available and to confirm when they are.
5. Lettings of Wastelands- Mr Garner has given notice give up his tenancy. To be put out to Tender. Atkinson’s farms are to be contacted to ask if they are still available to mow the area in Gubboles Drove. Clerk to action
6. To consider any points which any parishioner may wish to raise- nothing raised.
